Absolutely fine. LINGO kits are designed for beginners and guide students step-by-step through both building and programming.

Most learners complete their first working project even if they’ve never coded before. Each activity builds skills gradually, so confidence grows naturally.

LINGO kits are designed for ages 13 and older.

They are ideal for middle and high school students who are curious even if they are just getting started.

A Single Kit is a one-time, standalone build focused on a specific STEM concept.

The LINGO Subscription delivers a new hands-on STEM lesson and kit each month, intentionally designed to build skills progressively over time.

If you are looking to try LINGO, start with a Single Kit.

If you want structured, long-term skill development, the Subscription is the better choice.

Each kit includes all required physical components to build a fully working project.

Step-by-step guidance is included to support learners through the activity. A computer is required for programming.

Most students complete a kit in approximately 2–6 hours, depending on experience.

Some finish in one session, while others spread it across multiple days. The activities are designed to feel achievable, not overwhelming.
