HOW CAN I WRITE A REVIEW ON YOUR PRODUCT?
Please go to our Facebook or Rate This Course in the learning portal!
HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSES?
1. Get your PC, Mac, or Chromebook, and go to stemlingo.com.
2. Click Video Portal at the upper right, then click Register and create an account.
3. Visit My Courses in your portal and start your journey of innovation and exploration with one of our LINGO Instructors.
If you received this kit as part of a LINGO subscription, create your account using the email address assigned for viewing by the purchaser.
I CAN’T SEE MY COURSES. HOW DO I ASSIGN A VIEWER / LEARNER?
1. Create an account or login to the Video Portal.
2. Once logged in, click on the “My Subscriptions” tab.
3. Select the subscription you want to assign a viewer to.
4. Check to see if the Content Consumer is marked as “Unassigned”.
5. Click on the yellow “Assign Viewer” button.
6. Input the learner’s email address.
7. Click on confirm.
8. The learner will receive an email confirming their access to the courses in the subscription.

CAN I DO LINGO PROJECTS IF MY COMPUTER DOESN'T USE WINDOWS?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, LINGO projects can be completed using a Chromebook, PC, MAC, or with Linux.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE LINGO KITS - HOW DO I CREATE MORE THAN ONE LINGO LEARNING PORTAL ACCOUNT FOR ONE ORDER?
For each student, create a new account by going to the Video Portal!

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE ARDUINO CODING ENVIRONMENT?
If you're using a Chromebook, open the Web Store and search for "Arduino Create", find "Arduino Create for Education", then click the button to add it to Chrome.
If you're on a PC, MAC, or Linux computer, download the Arduino IDE from the Arduino website. If you need more help, instructions can be found in the learning portal for each LINGO project.
MY SCHOOL-ISSUED COMPUTER WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD THE ARDUINO SOFTWARE.
If you are working independently, we recommend that you complete the project using a non-school affiliated computer.If you are using a school-issued computer and cannot access or download the Arduino software, ask your instructor to contact your school IT administrator to request permission to download the software.
BESIDES THE KIT, WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
To complete the LINGO projects, you will need a PC, MAC, Chromebook, or Linux computer with a USB port and internet connection. An internet connection is necessary for downloading software and code samples, and for accessing the learning portal with instructional videos.
